On the occasion of the 16th of February, the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda awarded the Director of Rokiškis Public Library Alicija Matiukienė with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit for Lithuania. A.Matiukienė is also a long-term manager of Juozas and a member of the LAG - Alfonsas Keliuotis Legacy Studies Center
