Coordination of interests - training on internships
LAG network initiative, 3 June. distance trainings were held for members of the management bodies and employees of local action groups on the topic "Reconciliation of public and private interests". The training was led by Artūras Paliušis, a specialist of the Chief Official Ethics Commission.
Although LAGs are non-governmental organizations, coordination provisions are a very important factor in their work. Employees, managers, board members, like politicians, civil servants, have a duty and publicly declare their interests, and the organization itself controls that this process is carried out and that real interests are not confused.
